We sell subscriptions to our premium content which currently includes The Yogipreneur Blog. You may print or download the articles for your use only, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary notices. You may not retrieve the data to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from The Yogipreneur. Nor may you publish any content or its portions online. All other rights are reserved.

Personal subscriptions

You purchase the subscription for your personal use. Sharing your subscription with anyone is prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your password private and secure. If you believe your password may have been compromised please notify us immediately.

Payment

You pay for the subscription on a recurring monthly basis. The Yogipreneur Blog is offered at a rate of $9.95 per month. By subscribing to The Yogipreneur Blog you authorize us to charge your credit/debit card whenever the subscription is due for renewal.

Free Trial and Refund Policy

You have the option for a free trial of the The Yogipreneur Blog before you make any payments. We give you this option so you have an opportunity to fully evaluate The Yogipreneur Blog before you subscribe to it. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period and owe us nothing. However, after the trial period expires we will charge you for your subscription and you will have no right to demand a refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. After your subscription is canceled no further payments will be made. However, there will not be any full or partial refunds for any reason of the payments already made.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Any such changes will be posted online on this page. If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions your only option is to cancel your subscription according to the terms set forth above.

The Yogipreneur Business Workshops, Business Coaching, & Business Planning

The Yogipreneur offers business consultation services via Workshops, Business Coaching (Group and Individual) and Business Planning. These services include materials which are offered to our clients as licensed materials. You may print or download the materials for your use only, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary notices. You may not retrieve the data to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from The Yogipreneur. Nor may you publish any content or its portions online. All other rights are reserved.

Payment

You must pay for all Yogipreneur Business Workshops, Yogipreneur Business Coaching (Group and Individual), and Yogipreneur Business Planning in advance via PayPal.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be made for any Yogipreneur Business Workshops unless at least 48 hours notice (prior to scheduled workshop) by email is given to the The Yogipreneur LLC. Please provide full details.

Refunds for The Yogipreneur Business Coaching will be determined by The Yogipreneur LLC.Unless we have agreed with you to the contrary you do not have the right to cancel or receive a refund for Yogipreneur Business Coaching or Yogipreneur Business Planning if we have provided the services to you and performed our contract with you.
